We provide all the cleaning product or if customer want to use their own.
What's Included in a Regular Cleaning?
A regular cleaning checklist focuses on high-traffic areas and routine tasks. It's less intensive than a deep clean but ensures your home stays in good shape. Common tasks include:
All Rooms:
Dusting all surfaces, including furniture, picture frames, and decor.
Wiping down light switches, doorknobs, and baseboards.
Emptying trash cans.
Making beds.
Vacuuming carpets and rugs.
Sweeping and mopping hard floors.
Kitchen:
Wiping down and sanitizing all countertops and backsplashes.
Cleaning the exterior of the microwave, oven, and refrigerator.
Wiping down cabinet fronts.
Cleaning the sink and faucet.
Wiping down the kitchen table.
Bathrooms:
Cleaning and sanitizing the toilet, inside and out.

What's Included in a Bi-weekly Cleaning?
A bi-weekly cleaning typically includes the same services as a regular, standard clean. The main difference is the frequency, which means a bit more build-up is expected between visits. The cleaner will focus on all the major areas of your home.
General Checklist:
All Rooms: Dusting all surfaces, including furniture, picture frames, and decor. Wiping down light switches, doorknobs, and baseboards. Emptying trash. Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.
Kitchen: Wiping down and sanitizing countertops. Cleaning the exterior of appliances (microwave, oven, refrigerator). Cleaning the sink and stovetop.
Bathrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing the toilet, sink, tub, and shower. Wiping down mirrors and countertops.
What is Not Typically Included?
It's important to remember that a bi-weekly clean is not a deep clean every time. Tasks that are usually an extra charge or only part of a deep clean include:
Interior of the oven and refrigerator.
Interior of windows (outside of spot-cleaning).
Laundry and folding clothes.
Cleaning inside cabinets or closets.
Detailed scrubbing of grout or tile.
Extensive organizing or tidying up.

What's Included in a Regular Cleaning?
A deep cleaning service is a much more comprehensive and detailed cleaning than a standard, regular cleaning. While a regular clean focuses on maintaining a basic level of cleanliness, a deep clean is designed to tackle built-up grime, dirt, and bacteria in hard-to-reach areas. It's often recommended for a first-time service, a seasonal cleaning, or before or after a special event.
General Areas
Baseboards and Walls: Wiping down and cleaning all baseboards and spot-cleaning walls to remove scuffs and marks.
Doors and Door Frames: Wiping down doors and frames to remove fingerprints and smudges.
Light Fixtures and Ceiling Fans: Detailed dusting and wiping of light fixtures, vents, and fan blades.
Window Treatments: Dusting blinds and curtains.
Windows: Cleaning the inside of windows, including the sills and tracks.
Under/Behind Furniture: Moving and cleaning underneath and behind furniture to get to areas that are often missed.
Kitchen
Inside the Oven: Scrubbing and degreasing the interior of the oven, including the racks.
Inside the Refrigerator: Emptying and thoroughly wiping down all shelves, drawers, and the interior walls.
Appliances: Pulling out the refrigerator, stove, and other appliances to clean behind and under them.
Cabinets: Wiping down all cabinet fronts and cleaning and organizing the insides (often an extra fee).
Microwave: Cleaning and sanitizing the inside and outside.
Bathrooms
Grout: Scrubbing and sanitizing grout on floors and in the shower.
Fixtures: Removing soap scum and limescale from faucets, showerheads, and other fixtures.
Toilet: Deep cleaning and disinfecting the entire toilet, including the base and behind the seat.
Inside Cabinets: Cleaning and organizing the inside of medicine cabinets and vanities.
Other Rooms
Bedrooms: Dusting all surfaces, including inside and underneath dressers and closets. Rotating mattresses (upon request).
Living Rooms: Vacuuming upholstery, including under and between cushions. Polishing wood furniture.
What is typically not included in a deep cleaning:
Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning (often a separate, specialized service).
Exterior window cleaning.
Laundry services (washing and folding clothes).
Cleaning inside a garage or basement.
Organizing and tidying up clutter (cleaners will work around clutter but won't typically organize it)
Removing heavy trash or debris.
